This policy explains what personal information Impulse Technologies ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
Impulse Technologies provides service, repair and periodic servicing for electronic yarn clearers, along with PCB design and embedded solutions, for textile mills in India. You can reach us at service@impulseinfo.com or on 7200487110.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and company name. The same applies if you email or call us.
- Usage information (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- Your cookie choice. We store your accept or reject choice in your browser so we do not keep asking.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment details on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, provide quotations and arrange service visits.
- To keep records of our business dealings with you.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (analytics, only if you consent).
- To meet our legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our web hosting provider, our email provider, our form-handling service and Google (analytics). 6. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, may process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers to protect your information appropriately.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business and legal records, and then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in our analytics account.

This website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent.
